I am interested in the Python Loader but the link seems to be dead. If I run a Python interpreter on an android phone do you think I could get this to work on Android? Or does anyone know of an Android compatible solution?

Welcome to the forums. Things are kind of quiet around here. (Long story)
Your PMC2014 sounds like it is loaded with a version of ColorBASIC - that's what is reporting 4K of memory available on the Propeller for BASIC programming.
To turn your PMC into an MMC (to work with the Micromite), you need a few things: 1) a PIC32MX150 or PIC32MX170 loaded with the correct version of MicroMite firmware 2) A Prop Plug to reprogram your Propeller with the MMC software (post #1 of this thread has more information about the MMC software Dropbox location) 3) The PropellerTool software (or something that will work as a loader on you PC platform)
I need to go look but I think there are instructions on the start of this thread - I need to check.
Take stock of what you have and what you need and I'll check out where the instructions are and drop back here tomorrow.
We should be able to get you going with your MicroMite!

For those who may not have seen, the latest issue of Nuts and Volts (12/2015) has a vintage computing article by Dane Weston in which he designed a "reboot" of Jeff Ledger's PEB2014 (similar to the PMC). Dane refers to his version as the "Amigo". He credits Jeff, and the fact that these kits are no longer available, as the inspiration for his design.
